Description
Voodoo’s blends are made up of three carefully curated coffees: a washed blend of Catuai and Typica from Mexico, a washed blend of Typica and Bourbon from Papa New-Guinea and a naturally processed specialty grade Robusta from India. These three coffees allow for a balance of complexity and sweetness from the Arabica coffees with the fullness and body of a Robusta to offer intensity and flavour in various measures.
This blend presents delicious aromas of cocoa and malt, not unlike a malted hot chocolate. In the cupping bowl, dominant cocoa flavours come through alongside a mild acidity that gives it hints of tropical fruit. I Got This is perfectly balanced on espresso, with slightly more fruity acidity coming through when short and black and delicious chocolate malt sweetness carrying through milk. This versatile blend also delivers an easy-drinking and well-balanced cup when drunk as a longer filter style drink.
