Description
The coffee was grown by smallholder farmers living around the town of Banco Gotete in Gedeo County, Yirgacheffe region, Ethiopia at the altitude of 2,000 to 2,100 masl. It is fully washed and dried at the african beds. This coffee will usually be interspersed with other subsistence crops, such as sweet potato, mangos and avocados. It’s available in different flavors exotic spices, mocha, earthy, cherry, papaya, fruit tart and lemon-thyme. It’s roasted from light-medium. Acidity of this product is Soft or baked lemon. It is used in the form of milk-based espresso, plunger, cold brew.
